At FancyFlicker, we are committed to delivering your orders safely, quickly, and in perfect condition. We believe in fast and reliable shipping, and most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of being placed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

We work hard to ensure every product reaches you in excellent condition and within the estimated delivery timeframe.

 

Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday.

  • Orders placed after cut-off time or during holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Dispatch times may vary slightly in case of high order volume or unforeseen delays (up to 72 hours).

  • Delivery timelines begin after order dispatch.

  • Once an order is shipped, it cannot be redirected to another address.

 

Shipping & Delivery Timelines

Domestic Shipping (Within India)

  • Standard Shipping is 100% Free across India.

  • We use trusted delivery partners such as DTDC, Delhivery, Blue Dart, Shadowfax, ExpressBees, and Speed Post.

  • Delivery time: 3–7 business days depending on your location.

International Shipping

  • International shipping is available for prepaid orders only.

  • Delivery time: 15–18 business days after dispatch.

  • We partner with reliable global courier services to ensure safe delivery.

 

Exchange Policy

We offer an exchange in the following cases:

  • Received a damaged product

  • Received a wrong item

Exchange Terms:

  • Products customized or stitched as per customer request are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • The item must be returned in original condition, with all packaging, tags, and invoice.

 

Taxes & Duties (International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on the destination country.

  • Such charges are paid by the customer and are not the responsibility of FancyFlicker.

  • If customs applies any fee, the customer will be informed by email or phone.

 

Important Notes

  • Do not return any product without receiving a confirmation email from the FancyFlicker Support Team.

  • All returns must be sent with the return label issued by our customer support team.

  • The safe return of the product is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our facility.

  • After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it and take corrective action promptly.
