Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 7-day easy return and exchange policy for all readymade clothing items, starting from the date of delivery.
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at help.fancyflicker@gmail.com with your Order ID, registered email, and reason for return.
Eligible for Return / Exchange
You can return/exchange your product if:
✔️ The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
✔️ All original tags and labels are intact
✔️ You have the complete original packaging
✔️ The request is made within 7 days of delivery
✔️ The product is eligible for return/exchange (most readymade clothes are)
Not Eligible for Return / Exchange
The following categories cannot be returned or exchanged:
❌ Damaged or used items
❌ Products without tags
❌ Customised, altered, or personalized items
❌ Free gifts or promotional items
❌ Accessories that fall under hygiene-sensitive categories (if applicable)
Damaged, Wrong, or Missing Items
If you receive:

A damaged item

Missing quantity
Please contact us immediately with:

This helps us process your issue quickly.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Prepaid orders cancelled within 24 hours are eligible for full refund.

FancyFlicker may contact you (via call/email) to verify order details before shipping.
Refund Process
Refunds are issued via Bank Transfer only.

Refunds for returns are processed after quality check at our warehouse.

This entire process may take up to 2 weeks after initiating the return.

For cancellations, refunds are issued within 2–3 business days.
Return Pickup

Return pickup is arranged by FancyFlicker within 24 business hours after approval.

Pickup will be attempted twice.

If pickup is unsuccessful, the customer must ship the item to our warehouse manually.

Reverse pickup availability depends on your PIN code.
Handling Charges

Returns: ₹100 handling fee

Exchanges: FREE
Important Notes

Do not send any item back without receiving a confirmation email from FancyFlicker.

Ensure the returned product is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.

The customer is responsible for ensuring correct product handover to the courier.

If a wrong product is handed over, we will return the same item received.

No claims will be accepted if the issue is not reported within 7 days of pickup.
Color Disclaimer
Color may vary slightly due to lighting, screen brightness, and fabric dye batches.
We do not guarantee exact tone or shade matching for readymade garments.
